I am a lead marketing at Braces Now, where I focus on connecting families to confident, healthy smiles through intentional strategy and creative storytelling. From social media and content creation to community outreach, I work to ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and excellence of our practice. I believe marketing is about more than promotion; it’s about building trust and creating real connection. My favorite part of what I do is seeing the impact of strong branding and watching patients feel excited about their smile journey.

I have been in the orthodontic field for 5 years. I love watching our patient’s self esteem grow with treatment. I am currently in treatment with Dr. Sol and have enjoyed every step of the way!

When I am not at work I enjoy going to the gym, shopping, spending time with friends and family.

I have four years of customer service experience, where I assist patients with their needs while providing exceptional service. I take pride in understanding others and ensuring everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Building connections and creating positive experiences are important to me. Outside of work, I love going out, being social, and making the most of every moment!

I have five years of customer service experience and work in a call center, where I assist patients with their orthodontic needs. I bring encouragement and teamwork to the team, always striving to create a positive and supportive environment. Outside of work, I enjoy staying informed about global events and keeping active through working out.

I have been in the dental & orthodontic field for almost 8 years. My passion is to make all of my patients, family, friends have an experience and journey of a lifetime. As the patient relations coordinator I strive for a smooth educated treatment process where we create family-like bonds by the end of your treatment. When I am not at the office I enjoy spending time with my 3 daughters, traveling, crocheting, and my mobile tech business.

I’m the friendly face behind the front desk at Braces Now, making sure everything runs smoothly—from scheduling appointments to keeping the team on track. When I’m not at the office, I’m striking a pose as a professional model. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing volleyball, soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring new places, or hitting the gym.

Hi, I’m Jerennie, and I’m a Scheduling Coordinator at Braces Now. I schedule appointments and ensure a smooth experience for both patients and our team. I’ve been in this role for about seven months, and as someone relatively new to orthodontics, I’m eager to continue building my knowledge in the field. One of my biggest passions is providing excellent customer service and making sure every patient feels valued. Outside of work, I love baking and spending time with my friends!

Hi, I’m Brenda! As part of the front desk team at Braces Now, I help patients with scheduling, answer questions, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. I’m currently a high school senior, graduating this May, and I love bringing a positive attitude to the office every day. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and reading. I

I serve as a scheduling coordinator at Braces Now! I am responsible for checking patients in & out, coordinating appointments, and ensuring everything is prepared and organized for the following day. I strive to maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they arrive.

I’ve been in the orthodontic field for 15 years as a Financial Coordinator, where I review patient insurance, contracts, and billing. I’m highly organized and take pride in ensuring everything is handled efficiently and accurately. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and traveling to new places.

I’m new to working in orthodontics, but I’ve been in treatment with Dr. Sol for two years and I absolutely love this office. I’m almost done with treatment and looking forward to seeing my final results! My name is of Aztec origin and means “star.” Outside of work, I like to spend my free time baking, reading, and hiking.

Hi, I’m Kairy! As a Treatment Coordinator at Braces Now, I help patients navigate their orthodontic journey with confidence. With a background in marketing and sales, I bring strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth experience. Outside of work, I enjoy singing at church and learning piano.

I’m new to orthodontics, but so far I really enjoy improving patients’ smiles and getting the opportunity to make people happy! Outside of work, I enjoy doing my nails and spending time with my family.

I’ve been an orthodontic assistant for almost a year, and I love helping patients become
more confident in their smiles. Having braces myself inspired me to learn more about
orthodontics. I really enjoy the sweet, collaborative atmosphere at work. Outside of
work, I spend my time hiking, reading, hanging out with friends, and hitting the gym.
